Azumaichi Lieto × Seafood Carpaccio
Azumaichi Lieto is our attempt at producing a new expression of Sake.
We named it Lieto, which means happy, or delighted in Italian, with the wish that for all who drink this sake, their time will be "Lieto."
The sweet and fruity aroma combined with the light mouthfeel is perfect to be paired with many dishes, such as carpaccio, caprese, sautéed chicken with a tomato sauce, or a pan fried salmon.
Azumaichi Junmai Daiginjo × Ham and Sausage Platter
Azumaichi Junmai Daiginjo's fresh fruitlike aroma and gentle umami pair well with many dishes.
Here we present a pairing with a salty dry-cured ham. The Junmai Daiginjo's aroma and the ham's saltiness complement each other to create an irresistible combination.
